Responsibilities:

• Discover and develop business opportunities in Australia and APAC region
• Track, investigate, and analyze industry trends and market research, with emphasis on the local market

• Design, generate and deliver high level BD reports
• Arrange and coordinate client visits, fee & contract negotiations
• Prepare and manage client and consultant contracts

Qualifications:

• 10+ years proven international experience in Business Development for an international design firm in real estate, architecture, or other creative industries, with experience in the Australian market
• Extensive and established client network in the Australia and APAC region
• Excellent command of written & oral English (Mandarin skills a plus)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong team player mentality
• Works with a high attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Professional, efficient, and extremely diligent
• Highly developed skills in marketing and client communication
• Interested in growing professionally through a hands-on approach
• Self-disciplined and confident in a complex international environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
