Currently, with the orientation of expanding to foreign partners, investment fields... and expand more business lines: Agency, Architectural Planning, Education, Agriculture. We are looking for talented people for the position of Chief Accountant, specifically as follows:

Job description

1. Manage, develop plans, and work procedures for the accounting department

• Develop plans and advise the Board of Directors on policy decisions, financial management/accounting/tax/social insurance in accordance with the law and in accordance with the company's characteristics.
• Build the accounting department's working process with other departments.

2. Manage financial and accounting activities

• Organize the accounting system and accounting regime of the enterprise to record and account for economic operations arising in the Company's business activities.
• Organize inventory, evaluate asset sources, control and evaluate capital use and management.
• Organize the dissemination and timely implementation of financial and accounting regimes and regulations issued by the State to executive levels of the accounting and statistics system
• Organize evaluation of financial and business activities of the entire Company. Analyze data, improve capital use efficiency, and solve difficulties in production and business.

3. Manage accounting systems, accounting books, invoices and business documents

• Prepare balance sheet; Investigate financial reports of businesses.
• Monitor the storage of accounting books, invoices and original documents of the enterprise according to regulations
• Make VAT declaration, personal income tax and other declarations at the time of arising (if any)

4. Prepare and present financial reports

• Periodically coordinate with general accounting accountants; Prepare financial reports summarizing the production and business situation of the enterprise.
• Present financial reports to the business's board of directors and to the auditing agency
• Provide books and data for auditing work of authorities. Responsible for explaining and responding to all official dispatches from tax and social insurance (if required).
• Organize planning, check reports, and evaluate the implementation of the enterprise's cost plan on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis...

5. Organize accounting department activities

• Coordinate work for appropriate accountants
• Supervise, inspect, and evaluate employee work efficiency
• Periodically train, guide and improve professional skills for accountants.

Request

• Qualification: Graduated from university majoring in accounting, auditing, finance
• Certified Chief Accountant
• Experience: 3 years as chief accountant. Priority is given to having experience in the field of investment and finance
• Have experience in auditing and tax settlement
• Understanding the law; Law on specialized economic entities, investment, accounting, auditing; Able to use flexibility
• Honest, responsible, able to withstand high work pressure, able to work independently and in groups, hard-working, decisive in work.
• Have soft skills; Create and develop relationships with Tax Authorities, Banks and related partners... to handle tasks well
• Careful, conscientious, highly principled in work.
